Terms of service and Refund policy: 1.The store sells goods, offer for sale thereof is posted on its website, under the terms and conditions stated in these Rules. 2. The store is understood to be all web-pages in the Internet on domain www.from-hawaii.com 3. Clicking «Confirm the order» botton in the store the Buyer confirms his full and unconditional consent to these Rules. 4. The store begins preparing the goods for delivery only after the Buyer makes full (100%) payment for the goods ordered. Till the date of money receipt to his settlement account the Seller shall not be under obligation either to reserve the goods ordered by the Buyer or order them from the third parties. 5. From the moment when the goods are transferred to the Buyer or the first carrier (post office) the obligations of the Seller to sell the goods shall be deemed fulfilled and the right of property transferred from the Seller to the Buyer. 6. The Buyer shall bear all responsibility for providing the Seller with credible information regarding himself, his postal address, bank account details, settlement (payment) instruments (credit cards), as well as other information necessary for fulfillment by the parties their obligations to sell and to pay for the goods ordered. 7. When receiving the goods in the post office the Buyer shall check the package contents. In case of any damage to the packing that resulted in complete or partial damage to the goods due to the fault of the post, the Buyer shall make a written claim against the postal operator (demand from the postal official to draw up a statement of the fact), as well as inform the Seller thereof. In which case the Seller shall not bear any liability for damage before the Buyer. 8. The Buyer shall accept the goods by quantity, name and quality at the moment of their receipt. In case the goods do not conform to the ordered ones or have obviuos defect, the Buyer shall inform the Seller about such non-conformity within 5 days from the moment of receipt of the goods and send these goods to the Seller. The Seller shall consider the claim, and in case it is reasonable the Seller shall pay all expenses incurred by the Buyer (cost of the goods and shipping cost both ways). Money shall also be refunded at the expense of the Seller. 9. Good-quality goods shall not be a subject to return. 10. Stipulated by these Rules refund of money shall be made within 3 days provided that the customer states full and accurate bank details or other account information.
